These Terms apply to all users, including patients, prescribers, caregivers, and visitors across the United States, and are compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards, and other applicable federal and state laws.
- Use of Services
By using Omega Pharmacy services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse our services (e.g., tampering, unauthorized access, or harmful activity).
You must be at least 18 years old, or under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian if underage.

Information provided by Omega Pharmacy—including via website, email, SMS, or verbal communication—is for informational purposes only and not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your licensed healthcare provider. - Prescription Policy
All prescriptions filled or compounded by Omega Pharmacy must be:
- Issued by a licensed prescriber in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Valid, legible, and complete, including patient name, drug name, strength, dosage form, directions, prescriber information, and date.
We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and deny services where fraud, abuse, or regulatory violations are suspected.
- HIPAA Compliance & Patient Privacy
Omega Pharmacy maintains full compliance with HIPAA, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your Protected Health Information (PHI).

Omega Pharmacy complies with FDA guidelines for labeling, compounding, adverse event reporting, and drug safety.
- We do not make off-label claims or guarantee therapeutic outcomes.
- Compounded medications are prepared under Section 503A guidance of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Note: Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, though all ingredients used are sourced from FDA-registered facilities when required.
- Compounded & Custom Medications
Compounded prescriptions are tailored per the prescriber’s order. Because they are custom-prepared:
- All compounded medications are final sale and non-returnable.
- Potency, stability, and expiration vary depending on the formulation.
- Patients and prescribers must understand that compounded drugs are intended for use when FDA-approved alternatives are unsuitable.
- Payment & Insurance
Omega Pharmacy accepts most major insurance plans. For uninsured patients or uncovered medications:
- Full payment is due at the time of dispensing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and ACH payments.
Copays, deductibles, or rejected claims are your responsibility. We will notify you before processing if any costs are not covered.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Omega Pharmacy offers delivery/shipping services where permitted by law.
- Shipping timelines depend on location, prescription type, and compounding requirements.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information.
Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate packaging. Ensure availability to receive such shipments.
- User Accounts & Security
If you register on our patient portal:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
- Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive messages from Omega Pharmacy, including:
- Refill reminders
- Order updates
- Educational content
- Service updates
You may opt out of non-essential communications anytime.
- Limitation of Liability
Omega Pharmacy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Misuse of medications
- Delay or failure in delivery
- Errors from prescribers or insurance companies
- Service interruptions beyond our control
You agree to hold Omega harmless from any third-party claims related to your use of our services.
